2013 Yacht Party

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Eta Alpha Omega Chapter is hosting an event to raise funds for our charity partner and global initiative , Heifer International. Heifer International is a global non-profit with the goal of ending poverty and hunger in a sustainable fashion. Established in 1944, Heifer International gives out gifts of livestock, seeds, trees and extensive training to those in need.  The funds will also help Heifer projects in developing countries. Our goal is to make a generous donation with your help!  The event is on September 7, 2013 4pm-7pm, and sets sail at the Peninsula Yacht Club. There will be a live DJ, food, drinks and fun!

Directions From Rock Hill:I-77 North to Exit 28; At the end to the exit ramp, take a left on W. Catawba Avenue; Go 1 mile and turn right onto Jetton Road; Go 2 miles and take a left on Harbor Light Blvd. The Peninsula Yacht Club is 1/4 mile on your right.Parking Instructions:“Yachta, Yachta, Yachta” Yacht Charters has an agreement with the Yacht Club to park in a specific area which is very close to the boardwalk and the loading area for your cruise. There are three entrances to the Peninsula Yacht Club. There will be a sign directing charter guests at the first entrance; turn right into the parking lot. There will be a second sign directing guests to park in the parking lot to the right. Everyone must park to the right of the black and white striped lighthouse.
